🏛 Leoville is a real estate fund with a clear impact investing focus. Its portfolio of around €200 million consists of mixed-use properties (retail + residential) located across the historic city centers of the major Belgian cities.

♻ Leoville adds value by renovating historical buildings with a focus on the residential floors, improving their energy performance and restoring Belgian city centers. The fund’s focus on ESG was key in bringing the financiers on board.

🏹 The raised amount of €24 million exceeded the target of €15 million and consists of Holding Debt complemented by some Senior Debt provided by a combination of banks and family offices.

📍 The funds will be used to refinance a portion of Leoville’s existing debt as well as to fund the further growth of the real estate portfolio.
