Ernest Partners is a ‘Bridge between companies and lenders’. In practice we:
- Analyse and assess the business, funding, and liquidity situation of our clients
- Quantify possible scenarios for financing their business
- Choose the most suitable scenario with management and shareholders
- Support the company in reaching agreements with banks and other lenders and investors.
About Ernest Partners
In the context of the growth of Ernest Partners, we offer the possibility to Master students to gain a first
working experience in debt advisory. This can be done through a standard traineeship or by providing you a professional work environment to work on your thesis, while also offering the benefits of an actual work environment in your field of interest.
This traineeship comes with a great hands-on learning experience for you while you’ll bring strong added value to the entire team in the analytical, commercial and execution phases of debt finance transactions, providing you insights in all facets of the solutions provided by Ernest Partners. Moreover, you’ll get interesting insights in the business of our clients.

What You’ll Do
As a Trainee, you will:
- Develop financial models of our clients’ businesses, financial statements and run scenarios
- Gather, organize, and present market information
- Reflect on the best solutions for our clients based on their financial situation
- Support Associates and Partners in the execution of transaction
- Be a supportive pair of hands on all aspects of daily life in the office
