🤔 What happened at Ernest Partners to have so many people gathered in our office?

👉 End of April we hosted 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 with Bouvier Laurent from Kartesia and Jan Wolfcarius from ING sharing their market visions with a small group of entrepreneurs.

💡 How 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 assess risk and structure their lending to mid-corporates and corporates share similarities but also substantial differences in approach to 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 like Kartesia.

The roundtable with speakers, other funders and entrepreneurs sparked a nice sharing on experiences in 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 as well as 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀..

In this context, Laurent Carlier provided his views on the current state of the 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁, where funding is more selective and few large real estate sales transactions, possibly affecting valuations.
On the other hand, for professional and well-funded developers or asset managers, this is a market where there will be opportunities to be seized.
