THE STORY
Prayon is a leader in production of high-quality phosphate and fluorine solutions. Its products are used in plant nutrition, in the food industry, and in other industrial applications.
In 2013, Prayon established its first syndication. This syndication was subsequently amended and extended with the involvement of seven banks in 2019.
The syndication coming at its term in 2024, Ernest Partners assisted Prayon in renegotiating and aligning the terms of the syndicated facility to the current trading of Prayon.
Actual works provided by Ernest Partners consisted of analyzing the existing syndicated facility conditions, helping to draw up the draft of a negotiation strategy on the future outlook of Prayon and of a term sheet for renewal of the syndicated facility. Main elements obtained where improvement of the rates, easing a set of conditions and reporting standards, and extended incremental facilities
Ernest Partners involvement in this negotiation process led to aligning the syndicated facility with the future strategy of Prayon.

Ernest Partners works side by side with clients throughout the process, from initial analysis to the final outcome.
